Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada. We do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing: Online orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery Time: You can expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location within Canada.

Shipping Rates:

Free shipping is available on orders of $150 or more (before tax).

A flat shipping rate of $15 will apply to orders under $150.

Back Order Shipments: To expedite your delivery, we may ship your order in multiple packages based on product availability. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Items: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare and makeup products that have been unsealed, opened, and/or used.

Eligible Returns: We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions: Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please contact us within 48 hours of use. We may offer an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction is confirmed. A doctor’s note and/or photos may be required to process the request.
