Adults aged 18-75 years with a diagnosis of plaque psoriasis for 6 months or more and a weight of 40 kg (88 lbs) or more are needed for this clinical research trial. Eligible participants must have moderate to severe disease with plaques covering 10% or more of the body surface area (BSA).
Participants will receive investigational oral treatment (active study drug) or placebo, via tablet form. Study medication and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses (such as travel and accomodations) may be provided. Study participation will last about 20 weeks and involve about 9 visits to the study centre.
