Recruiting adults who are 18 years of age inclusive with atopic dermatitis (AD) for 1 year or longer to participate in a clinical research trial. Must have a documented history within 6 months prior to the screening visit, of either inadequate response or inadvisability of topical treatments. Other inclusion criteria are having: moderate or severe AD at baseline, AD involvement of 10% or more body surface area (BSA) at baseline and itch associated with AD (evaluated by the patient using a numeric rating scale).
All participants will receive investigational injected treatment (active study drug). Study treatment and study-related assessments will be provided at no cost. Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.
Study participation will last about 180 weeks and involve about 26 visits to the study centre.
