Who Can Participate?
Males or females, at least 18 years old with plaque psoriasis may be eligible to participate.
Inclusion Criteria:
• Diagnosis of chronic plaque psoriasis with or without psoriatic arthritis, for at least 6 months
• Stable moderate chronic plaque psoriasis, with a body surface area (BSA) ≥ 10% and ≤ 15%
• Have plaque psoriasis poorly controlled by topicals, phototherapy and/or systemic treatments
How Long Will The Study Last?
• 61 or 70 weeks depending on the treatment arm (10 visits, plus a follow-up call)
Participants will receive either an injected treatment or a comparator medication both of which are currently approved by Health Canada for the treatment of moderate/severe plaque psoriasis.
Reimbursement for study-related expenses may be provided.
