Shipping & Return Policy

Please Note: Regions affected by the Canada Post service disruption may experience a delay in receiving shipping orders.

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.
Toronto Dermatology Centre offers free shipping on orders of $150 or more before tax, otherwise shipping rate of $15 will apply.
We ship via Canada Post using Expedited Service.
You can expect to receive your order within 2 to 5 business days depending on where you live in Canada once you receive tracking information.
After placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to you with your unique order number and then tracking information once your order has shipped.


We do not ship internationally.

Based on product availability, we may split your order into multiple shipments to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. In the event of such an occurrence you will not be charged any additional shipping fees.

If you prefer to order by telephone, please call us between 8:30am and 4pm at (416) 633-0001 ext 2. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and one of our customer service representatives will return your call within 24 hours or next business day if received after hours.
We ask that you have the following information ready for us so we are able to help you quickly and easily:
1. Your credit card information (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
2. The names of the products you wish to order. If you need help choosing your products, our customer service representatives have the experience and product knowledge necessary to provide you with solutions and recommendations for your skincare needs.
3. Your shipping address
All telephone orders will be processed at the time of purchase. We do not keep your credit card information on file.
Shipping is complimentary on orders of $150 and more excluding tax. The shipping rate for orders below $150 is $15.00. The expected arrival dates apply to telephone orders as for online orders.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on skin care and makeup products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. Returns are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 10 days of receiving it to let us know.
Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable.

Allergic Reactions:
If you experience an allergic reaction to any product we ask you to advise us within 48 hours. We will provide an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction has been confirmed. Please note that a doctor’s note and/or photos may be required.
