Shipping Policy
Temporary Shipping Policy Update – Canada Post Strike
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, our shipping services are temporarily affected. We want to keep you informed of the changes so you can plan your orders accordingly.
1. Shipping Outside Ontario

At this time, we are unable to ship products outside of Ontario until further notice.

We will resume shipping across Canada as soon as Canada Post operations stabilize.
2. Expedited Shipping

Expedited delivery is currently unavailable.

All eligible local orders within Ontario will be shipped via UPS. Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual.
3. Updated Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Minimum
- Free shipping is available on orders of $250 or more (before tax).
- A flat shipping rate of $20 will apply to orders under $250.
4. Urgent Orders

If you require your order urgently, we strongly recommend not placing an online order at this time until services return to normal.

Returns & Exchanges

Final Sale Items: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on skincare and makeup products that have been unsealed, opened, and/or used.

Eligible Returns: We accept returns on unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please email us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Instructions: Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Allergic Reactions: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please contact us within 48 hours of use. We may offer an exchange or refund for the individual product if an allergic reaction is confirmed. A doctor’s note and/or photos may be required to process the request.
