Supplements for skin aging

A recent article in Dermatology Times of Canada provided some suggestions and guidance on the use of various antioxidants for improving your skin. Miami dermatologist Dr. Baumann suggest the following for skin aging prevention: coenzyme Q10 (200mg), vitamin C orally (500mg/day) and topically & vitamin E (400IU/day), and glutathione. She also recommends 1500mg of glucosamine daily to improve skin hydration, facilitate wound healing, treat hyperpigmentation, and reduce wrinkles.
