On March 1, 2012, Dr. Anatoli Freiman and Dr. Benjamin Barankin presented at Toronto Dermatology Centre to a community audience of psoriasis patients about the causes of psoriasis, diagnosis, and medical and alternative treatment options. Various treatment options were discussed include new topical (cream/ointment) treatments, traditional systemic therapies, and the newer biologic therapies such as Humira, Enbrel, Stelara, and Remicade. The evening was a huge success with a very large turnout and excellent discussion throughout the evening. Stay tuned for further patient educational events at our dermatology clinic.
