I think if I was stranded on a desert Island and I could only take one thing with me (other than sunblock, of course) it would have to be Latisse by Allergan. Latisse is a prescription eyelash product that makes the eyelashes both longer and fuller. Actually they can even become darker too! When used properly, you can start to see results in about 8 weeks, with full results in about 16 weeks. Once you have reached your gorgeous eyelash potential, then you can maintain the results by using it a few times a week.
It is way less expensive than getting the false eyelashes put on, and much healthier for your lashes. In fact it has been proven to work on eyebrows too, so that is pretty awesome! I actually tried a few other “medical grade” products to grow my lashes, but nothing ever worked. I was pretty apprehensive to try the Latisse, knowing that nothing else had ever worked for me, but I am so happy I did. Okay, so some people still have longer fuller eyelashes naturally than I do, but at least now I am right up there with all the beautiful flatterers!
It is so easy to achieve those lashes too. Apply like liquid eyeliner on clean dry upper eyelid base nightly with the included disposable wands, and wait. People will start to notice your longer thicker lashes in as little as two months. Right now until the end of December Latisse has a mail in rebate for $50 with the purchase of either one 5ml bottle or two 3ml bottles. That is a great incentive for anyone who may be curious and want to try it.
So if I am stranded on a desert island with nothing but my sunblock and my Latisse, I will just flutter my long beautiful lashes and I have no doubt that any ships within seeing distance will be by to rescue me asap!
