A great business is established by a great clientele. While dropping big advertising dollars for TV or radio used to be the norm, todays’ patients/clients are smarter and understand that word of mouth is much more trustworthy than some slick salesmen dropping a few catchy phrases to sell their wares.
We, at Toronto Dermatology Centre, are firm believers that word of mouth is the best way to prove that we are the right choice for you and your skin. For the last several years we have had in place a great Referral Program. It is primarily for our Cosmetics/ Medical Esthetics department and is easy to participate in and enjoy the perks.
Start by becoming a patient yourself. Once you have experienced a consult or treatment with one of our Medical Estheticians, you have the option of telling your friends and family about us. If someone you have sent into our clinic decides to become a patient here, you both will receive $25 off of your next service. Some patients will send several patients in and accumulate their referral fee for free services. It is definitely a win/win situation!
Social Media is big when it comes to word of mouth too. You can put us on your Facebook or Twitter page, and make sure that when your friends come in, they mention your name. You can join our pages too and when articles or promos come out, you will be the first to know about them. The referral fee can be applied to all esthetic services including laser hair removal, chemical peels, facials, and any other services we provide. Your friends will thank you for introducing them to our clinic, and we thank you too.
It may be hard to trust a face or voice in advertising, but we all have friends or family that we trust to provide us with suggestions for hair stylists, dentists or restaurants. We take pride that the majority of our patients have come to us by word of mouth and we feel that says a lot about our clinic. So, be sure to take advantage of our referral program. If you were planning on sending in your friends anyway, an extra $25 in each of your pockets is just an added bonus!
