Fruit & vegetable consumption linked to skin tone.

A study published in the American Journal of Public Health found that two additional portions of fruit in your diet for six weeks can result in your skin having a healthier glow. Those participants in the study who boosted their intake of fruits and vegetables over the study period showed a change in skin color toward a “golden, healthy glow.”
